I was born and raised in a small village called Sotang, one of many villages dotted across the mountainous region of Nepal’s Solukhumbu District, North East of Nepal where, the Himalayan region begins its climb.
Traveling has opened up a whole new perspective in my life. The breath-taking scenery, and the amazing souls I crossed paths which continue to reinforce how lucky I am to have been a traveler. I found myself venturing, discovering and experiencing my beautiful country, alone at times, but at times with friends who shared every moment with me, as if it were for the first time ever. I’ve come so far, forever thankful to my family for these experiences and support.
Through the course of life journey, I went on to formally study French language for 2 years straight through, ‘Alliance Française de Katmandou’. Studying French opened a path way to Thamserku Trekking, Nepal’s one of the successful trekking companies; the best decision I would ever make, and a path that would lead me to completing my Master’s Degree in Travel and Tourism to further develop my career in tourism.
Through travel, I developed a passion for photography, a natural progression considering my job is about sharing our beautiful country with the rest of the world. I am driven by the urge to document and share my experiences, and our industry with the world, and our clientele. We are global, and we are expanding…
